I also teach private lessons. Privates are a great way to learn more about the practice of yoga, heal injuries, develop a home practice, relieve stress, and dive deeper into a meditation practice.
Private Lessons are 60-75 minutes and rate vary based on income level. I also offer skype sessions for those out of the NYC area.
